Life Legacy
Mrs. Essie (Addington) Hamilton Foust, 90, of Jacksonport, Arkansas departed this life Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Lindley Healthcare. She was born January 22, 1922 at El Reno, Oklahoma, the daughter of Loney and Artha (Barton) Addington.
Mrs. Foust worked for over 40 years at Victor Metal, and was a charter member of the Jacksonport Baptist Church. After retirement she worked as Grandmother for Newport Headstart School for several years. She enjoyed making quilts, fishing, yard sales, camping and loved her dog, Tammy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Ishmel, Lloyd, Jimmy and Gordon Addington; three sisters, Alice and Mytrel Addington and Pernnie Honey; one daughter-in-law, Carol Addington; one son-in-law, Sidney Gansz.
Her survivors are her husband, Clint Foust of Jacksonport; two sons, Gary Addington of Jacksonport and Kelly Jeffery of Newport; one daughter, Vera Ann Gansz of Newport; six grandchildren, Loney Addington, Kim Powers, Dennis Gansz, Alan Gansz, Joey Gansz and Major Richard Gansz; eleven great grandchildren, Daniel Addington, Blake Powers, Mandy Gansz, Megan Gansz, Courtney Gansz, Luke Gansz, Cydnie Gansz, Kelsie Gansz, Rachel Gansz, Zachery Gansz and Mason Gansz, one great great granddaughter, Kyra Jo-Ann Wilson; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are: Joey Gansz, Alan Gansz, Luke Gansz, Kevin Heatherly, Vance Jones and Marcus Dodson.
